John Indiveri, Founder
John Indiveri is a seasoned Talent Acquisition and People Operations leader with over 16 years of experience building recruitment and HR functions from the ground up for high-growth startups and global enterprises alike. He has a proven track record of scaling organizations, designing people-first programs, and aligning talent strategies directly to business outcomes.
During his time at Qolo, John served as the company’s founding recruiter and People Ops head, growing the team from 20 to 114 in under a year while introducing the policies, systems, and culture that earned the startup its Great Place to Work certification. At Wagmo, he joined as the first recruiter and rapidly built the hiring foundation that supported the company’s Series B growth, closing key sales and engineering roles within his first month. At MediaMath, he led global engineering recruitment, streamlining processes, rebuilding pipelines, and hiring top technical talent across international markets in partnership with the CTO.
Throughout his career, John has partnered with executives across fintech, SaaS, AdTech, and consumer startups to hire leadership, scale technical and commercial teams, and implement scalable people operations infrastructure. His experience spans both strategic and hands-on recruiting, from executive search to high-volume technical hiring, with a strong emphasis on creating inclusive, efficient, and candidate-friendly processes.
