Director of Marketing
We’re building a new operating layer for devices, AI, and cloud software—starting with cameras and expanding into millions of units worldwide. As we scale, we’re looking for a scrappy, strategic, and hands-on Director of Marketing to design and execute our marketing engine from the ground up.
As our first marketing hire, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy while rolling up your sleeves to drive growth across demand generation, content, partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns. Over time, you’ll grow and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies and contractors.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can balance strategy with execution, and has deep experience in video, AI, or AV/Broadcast markets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels (email, paid social, SEO, content, video, influencer, referral).
Optimize and scale social/digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Design and launch referral, loyalty, and ambassador programs to boost retention and advocacy.
Create compelling content across formats (short/long-form video, blog, and social).
Grow brand presence across major social platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
Lead influencer campaigns with creators, streamers, and video professionals.
Drive video production for campaigns, launches, and customer stories.
Build joint marketing initiatives with partners and ecosystem players.
Own event marketing: conferences, trade shows, booth strategy, and lead capture.
Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning in the market.
Partner with product and sales to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Stand up and optimize the marketing tech stack, leveraging AI-driven automation.
Track and report KPIs to guide data-driven decisions.
Manage agencies, freelancers, and contractors to scale execution.
Who You Are
Strategic but hands-on—you can execute today while planning for tomorrow.
5+ years in B2B software marketing with success in growth marketing, paid ads, and influencer programs.
Deep experience in video, AV, AI, SaaS, or related industries.
Proven track record building and leading teams in fast-growth environments.
Strong grasp of product marketing, ICP development, and customer journeys.
Passionate about video, live production, cameras, and AI.
Organized project manager with the ability to balance execution and strategy.
Bonus Points
Experience in the ProAV industry and/or sales pipeline marketing.
Strong video marketing expertise and content creation skills.
Familiarity with modern marketing automation and AI-driven growth tools.
Previous success launching loyalty or ambassador programs.
