About the Company
We’re a rapidly scaling SaaS company that has reached $20M ARR with 200K+ daily active users after raising a $17M Series A. Our growth trajectory puts us in the top 1% of SaaS companies, and we’re now building the operating model to scale to $100M ARR within the next 2–3 years.This role reports directly to leadership and will work closely with our CEO on product analytics, while being mentored by our Head of RevOps (a proven startup operator).
What You’ll Do:
Distill complex data into actionable insights that shape company strategy.
Build out reporting systems and operating models that drive scalable growth.
Partner with leadership across GTM, Product, and Marketing to enable data-backed decision-making.
Work with our data team to structure, extract, and analyze data using BigQuery, Hex, and Amplitude.
Provide reporting that helps leadership hold teams accountable to performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of professional analytical experience at a high-growth, PLG-led SaaS company.
Strong SQL skills and comfort exploring data warehouses (BigQuery experience a plus).
Experience with BI tools (Amplitude, Hex, or similar).
Proven ability to create models, dashboards, and insights that drive measurable impact.
Bonus: Experience in both product analytics and growth analytics.
Strong communication skills and presence—you’ll need to hold executives accountable with data.
